Food and Menu Ideas

No matter what the event, we promise you’ll never go hungry with our flavourful and fabulous menus that use locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible.

We are happy to cater to any taste or dietary requirement – Gluten-free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Nut-free and other special diets – just let us know in advance. We’re happy to work with you to tailor a menu to suit your taste preferences, your event theme, your dietary requirements and, of course, your budget!

We have a full commercial kitchen as well as a catering van and trailer that allow us to cater for events in any absolutely any location, so we can tailor our menus to suit a wide range of events and locations.

Cocktail parties – hors d’oeuvre, canapés and hot and cold finger foods served on stylish platters.

Outdoor catering – outdoor cookouts, barbeque menus served buffet-style. Your very own BBQ chef is on site to cook your meats to order, along with fresh fish cooked on a separate grill, a selection of fresh salads, crusty breads and condiments.

Sit down meals– choose from a one, two or three course meal served in your home or at a venue of your choice. We can even bring our coffee machine to you for gourmet espresso coffee after your meal.

Sweet catering – some people may be able to resist the Chocolate Fountain with marshmallows and fruit, but not many! We can also create lolly and dessert bars for your event – ask us about our signature dessert…mouth-watering and decadent chocolate finger desserts!

We prefer to create the menu WITH you, the client. We have lots of ideas and we love being creative – we cook a wide variety of cuisines and believe anything is possible.
